Welcome to LimaHosting.my, a service owned and operated by Emich Technology (M) Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No. 130940-X), a company incorporated in Malaysia with its registered office at B-02-06, The Place, 1, Jalan Teknokrat 1, Cyber 3, 63000 Cyberjaya, Selangor.

By accessing or using our services, including but not limited to web hosting, domain registration, Virtual Private Servers (VPS), and business email solutions (“Services”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to LimaHosting (Emich Technology (M) Sdn Bhd).

  • “You”, “User”, “Client” refers to the person or entity using or purchasing our services.

  • “Services” includes but is not limited to web hosting, domain name registration, VPS services, business email solutions, and any other related products or services provided by us.

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to register for our Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

3. Services and Usage

3.1 Permitted Use

You agree to use our Services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

  • Spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activity

  • Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, or harmful content

  • Infringement of intellectual property rights

  • Hosting adult, abusive, or hate speech content

3.2 Resource Abuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that use excessive server resources, compromise server integrity, or affect the performance of other users.

4. Payment and Billing

4.1 Subscription

Services are offered on a monthly or yearly subscription basis. Payment must be made in advance.

4.2 Late Payment

Failure to make payment within 7 days of the due date will incur a late fee of RM80. If payment remains unpaid for 14 days, the account may be suspended. After 30 days, services may be terminated and data permanently deleted.

4.3 Refund Policy

All payments made are non-refundable, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

5. Domain Registration

You acknowledge and agree that domain registration is subject to the policies of the respective domain registry. We are not responsible for failed domain registrations due to inaccurate information or availability conflicts.

6. Backups and Data

We may provide routine backups; however, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of all data. We shall not be liable for any data loss.

7. Service Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Service without prior notice if:

  • You breach these Terms or any applicable law

  • You engage in activities that threaten server stability or security

  • Your account remains unpaid beyond the grace period

No refunds will be issued for suspended or terminated accounts.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use our Services

  • Unauthorized access to your data or transmissions

  • Errors or omissions in content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LimaHosting, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any rights of a third party

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website at https://limahosting.my. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
